A lifelong Washington state resident, Jade (she/her) has lived on all four corners of the state of Washington. As a former tiny home dweller, Jade has come to appreciate both the minimalist appeal and reduced environmental impact of living smaller. She is the co-creator of the Spokane Tiny House Collaborative and co-founder and broker with SONDER Realty Group in Spokane. Her goal for the association is to bring equity to the tiny space by pursuing the recognition of small homes as legitimate residential dwellings and affordability to the state of Washington by providing a more cost effective environmentally conscious option to homeowners.
